There are countless smart and new systems to encounter in every space in the apartment: smart wired or wireless electricity, hidden air conditioning systems, advanced and intriguing lighting, media and audio systems, advanced plumbing systems, underfloor heating, free-standing bathtubs, smart toilet seats, etc. So really, the sky (or the budget..) is the limit.
To reach the required level of superior design, it is first necessary to learn and study which systems and technologies exist in the market and how they can be incorporated into the home. Of course, the design timing is very critical.
The design in these apartments comes down to the smallest details and full coordination between suppliers and professionals to implement the systems smartly and elegantly.

An apartment that is as bright as possible:
Luxury apartments will almost always combine light with an open atmosphere. We strive to bring the outside in and nature into the house.
We would like to design as wide and large openings as possible. The use of a skylight is very acceptable. It is a creative and impressive solution for entering natural light into the space.

Luxury design is about the height:
Anyone who has recently visited famous cathedrals overseas must have noticed that they are all designed so that the ceilings are high. Classical wisdom states that large spaces and high spaces transmit something dignified, lofty, and prestigious.
If planning high ceilings is not possible, for one reason or another, we will use techniques that will create the feeling of height:
Creating double spaces, planning high furniture, using recessed lighting fixtures, letting in natural light through skylights, etc. All of these can contribute to the feeling of height and sublimity.

To summarize, the ultimate goal of luxury apartments is to pamper the residents living there!
