A villa in Savion was designed for a couple in their 40s + 3 children.
The design was a warm and modern style.
The villa spans two levels, a ground floor and an upper floor, and underwent a massive renovation that included replacing aluminum and changing the size and location of the openings; redesigning the entire internal division according to the residents' program; breaking down walls and replacing all the infrastructure.
The tenants' request was to create a bright, spacious, minimalist, and practical house.
The color palette chosen is black, gray, white, and beige.
The entrance floor was completely covered with granite porcelain tiles measuring 120 x 120 cm. It included public functions such as a living room, dining area, and a wide kitchen with colorful contrast.
A unique carpentry unit was designed in the living room wall, including a grooved wood paneling that hides the air conditioning unit, a floating bookcase for storage, and a library.
The living room and dining areas are surrounded by wide showcases covered with soft, airy curtains that allow light and nature to penetrate the house.
A staircase covered with wood with a railing of black metal strings follows the entire way to the upper floor. The bedroom floor is entirely covered with laminate parquet, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere.
A pampering and spacious master suite includes the design of an open closet in carpentry, leading to the bathroom and creating a foyer that leads into the suite.
The master suite is lit by the wide showcases that surround it.
The bathrooms were covered with porcelain granite tiles to the entire height and create a sense of cleanliness and continuity.
