Location: Basra
Built area: 300 square meters
Lot area: 500 square meters
A house in Basra spanning 3 levels, designed for parents + 3 children.
The house was designed in an avantgarde-modern style, using asymmetrical lines throughout the project in spaces that create a dynamic, interesting, and unconventional shape.
Floating ceilings that include hidden systems and lighting contribute to the sense of dynamics and interest.
Central, floating, and minimalist metal stairs were designed organically to break the straight lines' rigidity, soften the space, and create a flow between the levels.
The connection between the stairs and the upper floor is made through a metal bridge combined with glass walkways that create an industrial look.
