A penthouse apartment in Tel Aviv that spanned two floors was designed for a couple in their 50s.

Elegant and modern design with nostalgic touches that combines the interior and exterior while maintaining a clean, elegant, and stylish line. A pleasant and spacious apartment with nostalgic touches. Quality materials and unique furniture details were used.

As the basis of the design, we chose light walls and a solid brown parquet floor, a combination that opens up the room and gives a sense of cleanliness and space. These were paired with furniture items in gray colors with colorful touches, for example, in the public space and in the living room, where colored sofas were also placed between the gray sofas.

Also, special lamps were incorporated into the ceiling of the living room. The lamps form a unique design element and create interest and a direct continuation of the design line chosen for the rest of the house, where light fixtures with an industrial gray look were chosen that correspond with the very minimalist furniture and accessories. It should be noted that the gray color is repeated in several ways: up the staircase, in the wet spaces covered with mosaic, and in the kitchen, where the cabinets are covered in gray and the floor is covered with the same color, to emphasize the white island facing the balcony and enhance the sense of aesthetics and minimalism that was chosen as the design line of the apartment.

To maintain the connection between the outside and the inside, it was decided to give up curtains inside the house and use only electric blinds installed inside the windows. Balconies that overlook the breathtaking skyline of the city of Tel Aviv were designed.

Stairs with wood cladding and a transparent glass railing lead up to the family floor, which is actually a continuation of the modern line and the clean design of the whole apartment and is broken by designing a brick wall in the stairwell that produces a rustic feeling.
The modern and clean design is enhanced in the master's room, where floating furniture has been carefully selected, from chests to wardrobes, which combine a classic and warm look, thanks to the combination of wood and white.
