Interior design - Villa - Ramat Hasharon L

Location: Ramat Hasharon
Built area: 180 square meters
Lot area: 250 square meters

A private house in Ramat Hasharon was designed for a couple in their 50s. The house was designed in a modern and warm style.

Adjacent to the entrance hall, a central carpentry element was designed, which includes a multi-functional unit visible from all the public spaces in the house and forms a unique meeting point, combining a fireplace with a chimney, an air conditioner with an upper air shutter and a TV.

To the right of the entrance is a modern-style kitchen that includes a combination of an island that continues outward through the window and creates an outdoor counter that is used as a bar at exactly the same height as the work surface in the kitchen. This design solution allows eye contact between the inside and outside of the house, as well as direct access between those sitting at the outdoor bar or standing in the kitchen. As part of the desire to create an impressive kitchen, a dark color scale was used for the tall cabinets in the kitchen, which were designed in black, as was the work surface. On the other hand, the rest of the kitchen cabinets are gray-brown, a combination that creates a dramatic and powerful look.

The living room and dining area, public spaces where the residents of the house host and hang out, were designed in an eclectic and elegant style, in direct continuation of the design line chosen for the public spaces.

The two spaces correspond to each other but also have a colorful and impressive connection point - a large, colorful picture that grants liveliness and interest to the space.

The staircase connecting the two floors is covered with wood as a continuation of the parquet flooring on the upper floor and a glass railing that creates a sense of lightness.

The children's bedroom floor has been decorated romantically on the upper floor with a soft, cozy, inviting, and princely style while maintaining its sterile, polished, meticulous, almost luxurious design. A parquet floor brings warmth to the room, designed entirely in white, and a dresser with decorations.

The bathrooms have also been given a timeless yet accessible and practical design. A combination of white marble with gray veins covers the entire room, floor, and walls - a design solution that gives a sense of space and luxury. In the wall where the cabinet and the sink are located, there is a niche filled with pebbles and lighting to bring nature into the home.
