Bathrooms and toilets are considered particularly intimate spaces that have a lot of activity by all the residents every day.
Similar to the daily occupants' activity in this type of space, so is the level of complexity and synchronization between the various elements - and this is where the great challenge lies!
Correct and efficient placement of the sanitary tools, plumbing lines, the choice of flooring and cladding, planning of electrical points, lighting, and carpentry and storage, which are always a must. Oh, we almost forgot! Correct and appropriate choice of the concealed mixer valve's quantity, type, and location will give us a different experience, which we must understand and plan in advance.
All of these, with correct and precise planning, will bestow the space, which is usually not very large, and some will even say, a space that small and crowded, the honor of being the most pampering, pleasant, and inviting part of the house.
A good architect/interior designer can suggest various coverings suitable for a crowded and full of moisture room. Coverings with beautiful, special, and trendy patterns and textures. Also, an architect knows which materials are right for this space and how to make the important elements accessible to each house's residents. He or she knows the constraints and how to bypass them and address them in the best possible way, such as by providing alternative solutions for walls without direct contact with water, such as oil-based and anti-mold paints.
For some time now, sanitary fittings, such as toilets, sinks, taps, etc., have become decorative accessories. There is a huge selection of all of these, not to mention the huge amount of tiles on the market.
Can you walk alone in one of the showrooms without getting a headache?
This is exactly where I come into the picture.
