Architecture and interior design - Villa - Ramat Hasharon M

Location: Ramat Hasharon
Built area: 250 square meters
Lot area: 300 square meters

A private house in Ramat Hasharon was designed for parents + 3 teenage children. The house was designed on three levels and in a classic style with modern touches. An elegant choice of materials and contrast between white and black with touches of beige, natural wood, and turquoise characterize the villa.

A large public space was designed that opens towards the garden and merges with the kitchen and dining area while maintaining clean lines.

Choosing large marble tiles on the entrance floor maintains a uniform appearance and blends harmoniously with the custom carpentry. Large openings were designed in the living room to enable eye contact with the kitchen and garden and bring the feeling of the outdoors into the house's interior.

We hid the media systems inside white shlifelaque wooden cabinets surrounding the TV. On the side, open niches were designed in black wood to create an interesting visual play of black and white, closed and open. A long fireplace with coals and flames adds the desired warmth, and black busbars create an interesting contrast of lighting in a bright setting.

The living room space is monochromatic. We softened the space using delicate and soft drapes, a muted-tone carpet, and a comfortable seating unit. Using a combination of decorative pillows in turquoise and gray tones, we created repetition in the artworks and decorative items in the library.

To bring light into the house's interior, we designed floating stairs made of wooden treads with a decorative iron railing, to enable the natural light to flood the house and overcome the elevator shaft wall. The light creeps from the back of the shaft and flows into the main space of the living room, kitchen, and dining area.

In the spacious white kitchen, a plaster ceiling was lowered. Many hidden storage solutions were placed from white painted wood that continued the line of the living room together with a Dekton surface and light black bar chairs made of iron.

The luxurious master suite is floored with natural wood. In the center stands a bed with a velvet padded back and a white wardrobe that maintains an airy appearance. The romantic room opens onto a large balcony with openings wrapped in soft curtains.
The elegant line repeats itself throughout the house. In the long and white entrance hall, a trendy black console is placed with a large round black mirror that creates a sense of spaciousness. This restrained and clean look inspires peace upon entering the house.
