A complex of three villas spanning one plot was designed for three plot partners with a uniform design. This classic and warm style is already expressed in the front of the house, which has received a stone brick casing in the lower part, stylish detached cornices, and frames that embrace the openings. The entrance gate is uniquely designed from metal fittings in classic European elements.
Bluestone paving and side vegetation accompany the shared path that leads to separate and unique gate entrances to a private foyer for each villa.

The entrance to the house's interior is impressive, thanks to the double spaces that create a sense of space and richness. Due to the use of double spaces, bridges were built that separated the house's wings on the upper floor, creating an interesting, dynamic, and empowering architectural composition.

Natural stone marble tiles cover the entire interior of the house and enhance richness and elegance. The stairs leading to the upper floor are designed with a black wrought iron railing corresponding to the exterior entrance gates.
The kitchen also maintains a clean, classic, and timeless line.
