Architect or designer?

To understand "what is included in the package," it is important to define their roles. 

The architect has academic education in architecture.
His or her role includes leading and orchestrating an entire team of professionals in different and varied fields.
An architect is certified to design a complete house from scratch when we come to him with an empty lot or a house that needs to be massively rebuilt or modernized. A good architect knows how to design the most accurate house to the lot, its size, location, the guidelines that apply to it, and, of course, to the dreams of its owner. Beyond the bureaucratic issue that the architect is responsible for and leads the tedious process with the authorities (in most cases...) up to the long-awaited moment when the permit is issued, he or she is, of course, responsible for the design of the facades, the internal division of the house, superposition between all systems, and the planning of the various functions according to the desired program.

On the other hand, an interior designer cannot design a complete house from scratch. Still, when he or she enters the picture, the details are done comprehensively and precisely!
They are the ones who will prepare demolition and construction plans, lighting planning, plumbing axes, and air conditioning.
They will go into the details of carpentry, kitchen planning, selection of flooring and coverings, colors, and shades, to create perfect harmony, practical and usable planning, and in fact – they will find the preferred style for you and its integration into the home, even if you don't know how to define it in your own words...
A good interior designer (and any other professional, for that matter) must have excellent human relations! Extensive experience and knowledge.
A good designer has talent and high aesthetics and is always up to date with the hottest trends and classics that must not be touched!
